Brand Matter Announces Four New Licensees and the Extension and Expansion of Agreements with Four Current Ellen Tracy Licensees
Towels, slippers, slipcovers, bedding, cosmetic bags among new offerings<

NEW YORK - AUGUST 2, 2012 - Brand Matter has signed four new licensees and extended and expanded licensing agreements with four current partners for its Ellen Tracy brand. The announcement of the new deals, which brings the total Ellen Tracy licensees to 22, was made by Rick Platt, President of Brand Matter, owners of Ellen Tracy.

The four new Ellen Tracy licensees include: Sole Creations for slippers; Bolan Trading for towels and bath; Classic Slipcovers for sofa slipcovers; and Alok Industries for bedding. Aimee Lynn Accessories/Legg Apparel, currently licensed for belts, hosiery and cold weather has extended their current agreement as well as added umbrellas and cosmetic bags to its offerings.

The three other current licensees who extended their licensing agreements include: Clearvision Optical for optical and sunglasses; C&O Apparel for activewear in Canada, Mexico, Taiwan and Japan; and Olivet International for luggage.
